1. What you can do

After you pay in full, you may use your jingle, forever and anywhere in the world, to promote your business, including in:

• Radio, TV, streaming, and podcast ads.
• Social media posts and ads.
• Your website, videos, phone hold music, and in-store audio.
• Live events and presentations. You may shorten, loop, or mix your jingle with other audio or video for these uses.

2. What you cannot do

• Sell, give away, or license the jingle to others as music by itself.
• Upload it to music streaming services as a song for sale.
• Register it with content ID systems that claim or block other people's videos.
• Transfer this license to another business, unless you sell the business that owns it.

3. Made with AI

Your jingle is created with AI music technology. We do not promise that no part of it sounds like other music, and this license is not exclusive to you.

4. Your business information

You confirm you have the right to use the business name, slogan, and details you gave us.

5. If you get a refund

If your order is refunded, this license ends and you must stop using the jingle.
