Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Go Right Music is a service operated by GOLDEN HOLDING UNLIMITED INC. ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at support@e1ulife.com. By using our website at goright.music or buying a song, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use Go Right Music

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a song or jingle. If you buy for a business, you confirm you have permission to act for that business.

3. What we sell

  • Gift Song ($49 USD): a custom song up to 3 minutes long, made from the details you share. Includes an MP3 file, lyrics, a share link, and one free revision.
  • Business Jingle ($149 USD): a custom jingle 30 to 60 seconds long. Includes MP3 and WAV files, commercial use rights (see our Jingle Commercial License), and one free revision. Prices are one-time charges in US dollars. There is no subscription.

4. How your song is made (AI disclosure)

Songs and jingles are created with artificial intelligence (AI) music technology, using the names and memories you give us. They are not written or sung by a human artist. Because AI creates each song, we cannot promise that no part of it will sound like other music.

5. Free preview

Before you pay, you can hear the first 90 seconds of your song for free. We may limit how many free previews each person can create.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. By paying, you allow us to charge the price shown at checkout.

7. Delivery

Your full song is delivered online right after payment. You can play and download it on the thank-you page, and we also send a link by email (and by text if you agreed to texts). See our Refund, Revision and Delivery Policy for details.

8. Revisions and refunds

Each order includes one free revision. Refunds are covered in our Refund, Revision and Delivery Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. What you share with us

  • You must only share information you have the right to share, such as names, dates, and memories.
  • You give us permission to use what you share to create, deliver, and support your song.
  • Please use first names only for children and family members.

10. What is not allowed

You may not ask us to create a song that:

  • Copies another artist's song, lyrics, or voice, or uses words you don't have rights to.
  • Is hateful, threatening, harassing, or meant to hurt or embarrass someone.
  • Is sexual in nature or involves a minor in any inappropriate way.
  • Makes false claims about a real person or business.
  • Promotes anything illegal. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules. If we cancel before delivery, we will refund you.

11. Your rights to the song

  • Gift Song: you may keep, play, and share your song for personal, non-commercial use forever. You may not sell it or use it in ads.
  • Business Jingle: your use is covered by our Jingle Commercial License. We keep the right to use the underlying music technology to create other songs.

12. Who you are buying from

Go Right Music may be offered to you by independent affiliates of Go E1U Life. Affiliates are not our employees and cannot change these Terms or make promises for us. If you bought on a Go Right Music page and paid Go Right Music, we are the seller. These Terms apply, and we handle your delivery, your revision and any refund. SOME PARTNERS RUN THIS SERVICE UNDER THEIR OWN BRAND, ON THEIR OWN SITE, AND TAKE PAYMENT THROUGH THEIR OWN PAYMENT ACCOUNT. If you bought that way, THAT PARTNER IS THE SELLER, not us. Their name, not ours, is on your card statement. Their terms and their refund policy apply to your order, and THE PARTNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING YOUR SONG, FOR YOUR REVISION, AND FOR ANY REFUND YOU ARE OWED. Contact them first. We provide the technology behind the service and cannot refund a payment we did not receive. If you cannot reach the partner, write to us anyway at support@e1ulife.com and we will do what we can to help you reach them.

13. No guarantees

We work hard to make every song special, but the service is provided "as is." We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.

14. Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

15. Disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@e1ulife.com so we can try to fix it. These Terms are intended to work wherever Go Right Music is lawfully offered. Nothing in them removes consumer or other legal rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you and GOLDEN HOLDING UNLIMITED INC. agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The newest version will always be on our website with its effective date. Changes do not affect orders you already paid for.
