1. Information we collect

Contact details: your name, email address, and mobile number.
Song details: the occasion and date, and the story you share, such as names, how you met, anniversary dates, children's and family members' first names, and memories. For jingles: business name, slogan, city, and website or phone number.
Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited details, such as your name, the last four digits of your card, and whether the payment went through. We never see or store your full card number.
Website data: basic information like your device type, browser, pages visited, and which affiliate link brought you to us. We use cookies and similar tools for this.

2. How we use your information

To create, deliver, and revise your song or jingle.
To send your preview, receipt, and delivery links.
To send reminders, such as when your song is waiting or before the same occasion next year. You can opt out at any time.
To credit the affiliate who referred you and pay their commission.
To provide customer support, prevent fraud, and follow the law.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

Stripe, to process payments. Stripe's use of your data is covered by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Our music technology provider, to create your song from the details you share.
Our email, text, and customer management providers, to send messages and keep your order records.
The affiliate or partner who referred you, who may see your name, contact details, and order status so they can support you. If you bought through a partner's branded website, that partner also receives your information.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Text messages

If you check the text consent box, we will text you about your song and related reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing. See our SMS Terms for details.

5. Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will still receive emails about orders you place.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your song details and order records for as long as needed to deliver your song, provide revisions and support, and meet legal and tax rules. You can ask us to delete your story details at any time after delivery.

7. How we protect it

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email support@e1ulife.com. Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.

9. Children

Go Right Music is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Customers may include children's first names in a song story; please share only first names.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The newest version will always be on our website with its effective date.
